Clicking the puzzle piece does nothing or there is no puzzle piece at all?  This means that Adobe Flash Player is totally disabled in your browser.  Let's fix that! :-)

For Chrome:
  1. On the home page of the web site look in the upper right area of your browser for the little puzzle piece with the red "x" box on it.
  2. Click that puzzle piece and a message box will pop up that reads "Flash was blocked on this page".
  3. Click the "Manage" button and a Chrome settings page will open in a new tab.
  4. Notice the setting that reads "Block sites from running Flash (recommended)" with a slider button to the right.
  5. Click the slider button and the setting words will change to "Ask first".
  6. Close the Chrome settings tab by clicking the "x" on the tab.
  7. On the home page of the web site click the refresh button (the little clockwise circling arrow).
Now your browser is set to work!  You should only have to do this once.  Follow the instructions at the top of the page and you should be good to go!

For Edge:
  1. Click the browser more button (the three horizontal dots) on the upper right corner.
  2. Click the "Settings" option toward the bottom of the menu.  This will open the settings menu.
  3. On the left side of the settings menu there is a shaded grey vertical tool bar. Click the advanced icon (the stack of three horizontal slide controls)
  4. Under the "Use Adobe Flash Player" click on the slide button to turn it on.
  5. Click on the web page to allow the settings menu to disappear.
  6. On the home page of the web site click the refresh button (the little clockwise circling arrow).
Now your browser is set to work!  You should only have to do this once.  Follow the instructions at the top of the page and you should be good to go!

Still having trouble?  There is yet one more thing to try.
  1. At the right end of the blue bar at the top of the page you will see the word "RESOURCES".
  2. Move your cursor over the word and select "Audio Teachings" in the drop down menu.
  3. The "Audio Teachings" page should now be displayed.
  4. For Sunday teachings click "1 Corinthians" under the "New Testament" section.
  5. For Wednesday teachings click "Genesis (45:16-50:26)" under the "Old Testament" section.
  6. You will see all the teachings listed.  The most recent is at the bottom of the list.
  7. At the end of the line for the teaching you will see the word "Download"
  8. Click "Download" and the audio file should open and the teaching will begin.
